Ancestry decomposition — one report

A qpAdm ancestry decomposition of your raw genetic data, fitted against published ancient reference populations. You receive the model, the weights, and the standard errors — not a pie chart.

WHAT YOU UPLOAD: the raw data export from 23andMe, AncestryDNA or MyHeritage. After purchase you receive a private upload link. Your file is stored encrypted, is never shared, and is deleted automatically after 30 days.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY. Most services return confident percentages for any file they are given. We publish an acceptance test instead, and it can refuse.

1. If your file cannot be read — an error page, an exome VCF, a Y-only extract, or too few markers — no analysis is run and you are refunded in full.

2. If your file is read and the model cannot describe your ancestry — the fitted proportions fall outside 0–100% — that is a real finding and it is your report. This outcome is not refunded.

The current reference set describes North-West South Asian ancestry best. If your ancestry falls outside that range, outcome 2 is likely. We would rather tell you now than take your money quietly.
