GOVERNING LAW

 

Your purchase and our policies are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Nothing in our policies removes any right you have under the consumer protection law of the country in which you live.

 

WHAT WE SELL, AND WHAT IT IS NOT

 

We sell one thing: a qpAdm ancestry decomposition of a genotype file you supply, delivered as a written report by email.

 

It is not a medical, diagnostic, paternity or forensic service. It does not report health conditions, disease risk or carrier status. It establishes no nationality, community, caste, religion, ancestry entitlement or legal status of any kind, and we issue no certificates of origin. If you need a result for a legal, immigration or medical purpose, this is not the service you need.
