RESPONSE TIMES
We aim to answer support email within 48 hours. Privacy requests are answered within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
Email is the fastest way to reach us and the only channel we monitor. There is no phone line. We are a small operation and would rather answer you properly than answer you instantly.
ABOUT YOUR ORDER
If you are writing about an existing order, please include your order reference. It appears in your order confirmation email and begins with a #.
If your report has not arrived within 48 hours of purchase, please write to us — do not assume it is lost. Check your spam folder first, as mail from a new sender is sometimes filed there.
